According to media take over, Black Chyna is indeed pregnant for her New boy friend, Rob Kardashian. This is what they said :

According to a MediaTakeOut.com SPY, Chyna's manager reached out to a TOP TV PRODUCER and is pitching the idea of a Rob and Chyna reality show. It's about them being pregnant and having a child together.
Now it's not clear from our source whether Chyna was ACTUALLY pregnant. Or whether she and Rob would get PREGNANT JUST FOR THE SHOW. But we're told that the producer - who is NOT RYAN SEACREST - was very interested in seeing it.
