Nigerians on Twitter call Buhari’s 2016 budget ‘#BudgetofCorruption’
President Muhammadu Buhari’s 2016 appropriation bill has been termed ‘#BudgetofCorruption’ on popular social media platform Twitter.
Prof. Isaac Adewole Nigeria’s Health minister yesterday during his budget defense at the National Assembly said that the original budget of his ministry had been tampered with. He said some inclusions had been made without his knowledge and pleaded with the committee members for more time to come back with a revised version.
Some Nigerians have taken to the social media to express their opinion on the controversies trailing the budget defense so far.
Wait o, maybe someone changed the figures when stolen. Just correct the figures. #BudgetOfCorruption 😀
